Warrior’s WayChilla CRM — privacy policy
Effective from October 27, 2026
Who we are
Chilla CRM for Android and iOS is developed by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Evgenievich Inyakin, TIN 772390760604, OGRNIP 314774631500583. Questions about your data: Inyakinmichael@mail.ru.
Stored on your phone
People, notes, promises, leads, amounts, payment schedules, spheres, achievements and settings are stored only on your phone. We do not see or receive them.
Information you write about your contacts and clients stays on your phone and is your responsibility.
Leaves the phone only if you turn it on
Warrior's Way sign-in. Your login and password are sent to warriorsway.ru to sign in. Chilla does not store the password; sign-in tokens stay on the phone and are never included in backups.
Cloud backup. Data is encrypted on the phone with your recovery code (AES-256); only the ciphertext goes to the Warrior's Way server. Nobody, including us, can read it without your code. The last 5 versions are kept. To delete: Cabinet → “Chilla's Memory” → “Turn off”.
Push notifications about leads (for website owners). The phone registers a Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) token; only a “new lead” signal passes through Google — no names, phone numbers or emails; Chilla adds the client's name on the phone itself. Notification content is hidden on the lock screen.
Website lead inbox (for website owners). Form submissions are kept on the server for up to 30 days until your phone collects them.
Kapi and backup files are created on your command, and you choose where to send them.
Permissions
Notifications — for reminders at the time you choose.
Camera — only to scan the QR code with the lead inbox key; the image is processed on the phone and sent nowhere.
Store versions do not read the call log.
What we do not do
No ads and no third-party analytics. We do not sell or share your data.
Data on the Warrior's Way server is stored in Russia (Saint Petersburg, Timeweb).
Delete your data
On the phone: Cabinet → “Delete everything”, or uninstall the app.
Cloud backup: Cabinet → “Chilla's Memory” → “Turn off” — server copies are deleted.
Warrior's Way account: delete it in the WW app, at warriorsway.ru/delete-account or by email to Inyakinmichael@mail.ru.
Deleting your Warrior's Way account? Turn off “Chilla's Memory” first — this deletes the server copies right away.
Children
Chilla is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a date.
