This policy covers the warriorsway.ru website. The WW app has its own privacy policy, and so do Chilla CRM and Kapi: Chilla CRM, Kapi.
What data and why
Trial class sign-up (the /school/join page). Your or your child's name, phone number and the student's age — so that a coach of the Mekhanika Ekstrima parkour school can contact you and pick a group. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox in the form.
Visiting the website. Cookies, IP address, browser and device data, the pages you open and what you do on them — via Yandex Metrica, to understand which pages are useful and what to fix. The web server keeps technical logs (IP address, page address, time) to protect against failures and attacks.
Spot map. If you let the browser detect your location, it is used only in the browser to show spots nearby and is never sent to the server.
Ambassador cabinet and WW HQ — login and password access for the WW team and ambassadors only.
Where data is stored
On servers in Russia (Saint Petersburg, Timeweb). Only WW team members who need it for their work have access.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Visit statistics are processed by Yandex Metrica (Russia).
The spot map is drawn from our own OpenStreetMap tiles stored on our server in Russia. If they are unavailable or the place is outside Russia, the map shows Yandex tiles (Russia); you can also choose them in the map switcher.
Cookies
The website uses Yandex Metrica cookies and stores your map settings and the fact that you closed the cookie notice in the browser. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings — the website will keep working.
How long we keep data
As long as needed for the purpose. When the purpose is reached or you withdraw consent, we delete the data within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer.
Your rights
You can find out what data we keep about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Write to Inyakinmichael@mail.ru — we will reply within 10 working days.
If you believe we violate your rights, you can contact Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.
Security
The website works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Service sections are password-protected and available only to those who need them.
Children
A sign-up for a child is submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a date.
