Kapi — privacy policy
Version of 27 October 2026
Who we are
Kapi is a money helper made by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Evgenievich Inyakin, TIN 772390760604, OGRNIP 314774631500583.
Your financial data — transactions, bank statements, debts, goals and savings — is kept in your phone's memory. We cannot see it and never pass it to anyone. If you turn on the cloud backup, only ciphertext reaches the server, and it cannot be opened without your code.
Statements and data copies
Bank statements you upload are processed right on your phone.
A data copy file is created on your phone and goes only where you send it yourself.
Signing in with a WW account
Signing in with a WW account is optional. When you sign in, your login and password are sent to the WW server (warriorsway.ru) over a secure connection; Kapi does not store the password. Your phone's model name is sent with them, so the WW sign-in list shows which device you used.
A sign-in key stays on your phone; you can remove it with the “Log out” button. The WW account itself can be deleted in the WW app or at warriorsway.ru/delete-account.
Cloud copy
The optional cloud backup (after WW sign-in) is encrypted on the phone with a recovery code only you know; the server keeps only ciphertext and neither we nor the server can open it. You can turn the backup off in the account screen: new copies stop going to the server. Copies already saved stay there as ciphertext; to delete them, write to Inyakinmichael@mail.ru.
Reminders
Reminders come from the phone itself, without our server.
Third parties
We do not share data with third parties.
